Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Services
Our consultation refund policy aligns with our 12-hour cancellation policy to ensure we can deliver high-quality, personalized service.
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund to your original payment method
- 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or free reschedule (your choice)
- 12-24 hours before: No refund, but a one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion
- Less than 12 hours before: No refund or reschedule available
1.2 Cancellation by SecuraPrep
If we need to cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. This applies regardless of timing.
1.3 No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (no cancellation or communication received), no refund will be provided. We recommend setting calendar reminders and testing your meeting link beforehand.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. A prorated refund may be available for unused months if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@securaprep.eu with the following information:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Order/booking reference or date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- For consultations: the scheduled session date and time
Processing Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method (card or bank account).
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed by our payment provider.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of our services
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows
5. EU Consumer Rights
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
